【摘要】 目的 探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化摘除术的并发症及其原因，以减少并发症的发生。 方法 对129例(136眼)高度近视白内障患者行超声乳化摘除术，并对其并发症进行分析。 结果 术中并发症为虹膜撕伤2眼(1.47%)，后囊膜破裂5眼(3.68%)。术后并发症主要为角膜水肿24眼(17.65%)，前房积血1眼(0.74%)，人工晶体前膜1眼(0.74%)，视网膜脱离2眼(1.47%)，术后眼压升高3眼(2.21%)。 结论 高度近视白内障超声乳化摘除术及人工晶体植入术具有视力恢复快、无严重并发症等特点，但是对手术技巧要求较高。术后视力提高与高度近视眼底病变有关。
