【摘要】 目的 考察立炎清胶囊的解热镇痛作用。 方法 解热实验采用Vi伤寒多糖菌苗感染性家兔发热模型，镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和化学扭体法。 结果 立炎清胶囊显著抑制家兔感染性发热，能显著提高小鼠痛阈和减少扭体反应次数。 结论 立炎清胶囊具有明显的解热镇痛作用。
