【摘要】 目的 探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊治策略，提高腹部外伤的治疗水平。 方法 对我院1996年9月～2004年5月收治的86例腹部闭合性损伤患者的诊治过程做回顾性分析。 结果 诊断性腹腔穿剌、CT和B超的阳性率分别为94.3%、86.4%、90.2%;83例手术，术后8例死亡，3例保守治愈出院。 结论 诊断性腹腔穿剌，CT和B超是腹部闭合性损伤有效的诊断措施，2个以上脏器损伤多见。
