【摘要】 目的 探索临床针刺加当归芍药散(DGSYS)治疗阿尔采默氏症的可能机理。 方法 通过腹腔注射药物东莨菪碱或亚硝酸钠,或者用奎宁酸损毁大脑海马CA 1 区诱发大鼠发生记忆力障碍,造成不同类型的大鼠“痴呆”模型,对照性观察针刺、针刺加DGSYS、DGSYS及NM对记忆障碍功能的影响和与记忆相关实验指标参数的变化。 结果 针刺加DGSYS疗法抗痴呆作用机制可能与调节大脑兴奋性氨基酸Glu能和胆碱能神经递质的功能,改善体内抗氧化系统的能力,如改善超氧化物歧化酶/脂质过氧化物含量及一氧化氮/一氧化氮合酶的活性比值有关,它们的协调作用促使了大脑及海马CA 1 区受损的痴呆模型的LTP增强、大鼠学习记忆能力的复苏,从而改善了痴呆症状。 结论 针刺加DGSYS疗法治疗AD痴呆及改善学习记忆能力的作用具有确切的科学依据,值得临床推广应用。【关键词】 针灸 当归芍药散 阿尔茨海默症 痴呆造模 神经递质 抗氧化作用 长时程增强
