【摘要】 目的 研究真性红细胞增多症(真红)患者CD34 + 细胞bcl-2蛋白的表达，从而探讨真红的发病机制。 方法 用SABC免疫组化法及图像分析技术，检测真红患者及正常骨髓CD34 + 细胞中bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果 真红患者骨髓CD34 + 细胞bcl-2蛋白表达明显高于正常人(P<0.01)。 结论 真红患者骨髓CD34 + 细胞bcl-2蛋白高表达致CD34 + 细胞低凋亡可能是真红的发病机制之一。
