【摘要】 目的 观察笑气分娩镇痛对产程活跃期的影响。 方法 选择2002年1月～2004年10月在产程中用笑气吸入镇痛的足月阴道分娩的初产妇150例为观察组，不用分娩镇痛的150例为对照组。 结果 在活跃期使用笑气者活跃期平均时间(142.67±58.48)min，对照组活跃期平均时间(164.20±70.09)min，P<0.01，差异有非常显著性。 结论 笑气吸入不仅可以镇痛，而且可明显缩短活跃期时间，减轻产妇痛苦，适合在麻醉人员紧缺的基层医院使用。

    Effects of nitrous oxide analgesia on stage of labor

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the influences using the inhalation of nitrous oxide in active stage of labor.Methods Three hundreds cases of pregnant women in active stage of labor were randomly divided into2groups:ni-trous oxide group-inhaled nitrous oxide premixed with oxygen(50%:50%)and control group.The duration of labor was observed.Results The duration of active stage of labor in nitrous oxide group(142.67±58.48minutes)was significantly short than that of control group(164.2±70.09minutes)(P<0.01).Conclusion The inhalation of ni-trous oxide in active stage of labor can not only provide effective labor analgesia but also shorten the duration of active stage of labor. ......
