【摘要】 目的 探讨nm23-H1，MMP-9和u-PA在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌发生、发展及浸润转移中的作用。 方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测卵巢浆液性肿瘤中三种蛋白表达情况，并对其表达与临床病理因素的关系进行分析。 结果 卵巢浆液性囊腺癌nm23-H1表达阳性率显著高于良性和交界性肿瘤，但随囊腺癌FIGO分期、组织学分级的增加，其表达显著下降。MMP-9和u-PA在良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤中阳性率呈递增趋势。且随囊腺癌分化程度降低，二者表达增高。 结论 nm23-H1，MMP-9和u-PA在卵巢浆液性肿瘤的发生发展及浸润转移中可能起着一定作用。
