【摘要】 目的 对丘脑出血(TH)合并消化道出血进行前瞻性的观察和护理。 方法 对5年中经影像学检查证实丘脑出血235例，其中合并上消化道出血住院的46例病人进行前瞻性的观察和护理并进行总结经验。 结果 235例丘脑出血患者中，合并上消化道大出血的为46例，其中治愈7例，好转10例，死亡29例。 结论 TH合并上消化道出血前瞻性观察和护理能及早发现消化道出血征兆，有利于及早进行有效护理和治疗，能有效降低死亡率。
