【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童支原体肺炎的X线表现特点及诊断方法。 方法 收集资料完整的肺炎支原体肺炎患者45例，对临床及X线表现进行分析。 结果 根据X线征象分析，45例中Ⅰ型24例(53.3%);Ⅱ型2例(4.4%);Ⅲ型11例(24.4%);Ⅳ型8例(17.8%)。典型表现为:肺纹理增多、模糊、紊乱，肺门影增大，肺门模糊，呈斑点状、碎片状阴影及磨砂玻璃状阴影。其中，胸膜反应12例(26.7%);肺门淋巴结肿大16例(35.6%)。结论 根据胸部X线表现，诊断需认真分析X线征象，密切结合临床及实验室检查。
