【摘要】 中草药中活性成分的筛选，是寻找对特定药靶有生物活性的小分子化合物的重要途径，对解释中草药的作用机制也有重要意义。本文概述了在中草药活性成分的筛选过程中提取物库的建设、筛选方法和活性物质的生物活性导向分离等基本方法。

    【Abstract】 Screen of bioactive compounds from Chinese traditional medicines is an important method that not only can identify bioactive small molecular compounds specific for drug targets but also can explain the functional mechanism of treating diseases using Chinese traditional medicines.The process of identifying bioactive compounds from Chinese herbal medicines is described in this paper，including the basic methods such as compounds library es-tablishment，screen methods and bioassay guided isolation.

    动植物中含有丰富的次级代谢物，其中许多有生物活性，中国有几千年的中草药研究和应用历史，中药是我国宝贵的自然资源。但是，许多中草药的作用机制不明确，活性成分不清楚。其中的有效成分及其作用的分子机制或作用的靶点是当代中药研究的热点之一，这方面的研究将为中药现代化起着非常重要的推动作用。
