【摘要】 目的 针对牙髓坏死、慢性根尖周炎病例，探求一种简便有效的治疗方法。 方法 在临床选择18～60岁的牙髓坏死、慢性根尖周炎病例184例，184颗患牙，随机分为两组，第一组采用VITAPEX糊剂加牙胶尖一次法根充治疗完成。第二组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖一次法根充治疗完成。 结果 第一组有效率为92.39%，第二组有效率为82.60%;第一组成功率为84.78%，第二组成功率为70.65%。经卡方检验两组有效率、成功率差异均有显著性。 结论 用VITAPEX糊剂加牙胶尖一次法根充治疗牙髓坏死、慢性根尖周炎病例，临床疗效满意。该糊剂可作为常规根管充填剂的换代产品，在临床推广应用。

    A clinical evaluation of the VITAPEX paste for filling the infected root canals by one-off root canal therapy

    【Abstract】 Objective To find an easy and effective therapy to cure patients with pulp necrosis or chronic pe-riapical periodontitis.Methods 184patients(age18～60)with184infected permanent teeth were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was filled with the VITAPEX paste plus gutta percha.The control group was filled with zinc oxide eugenol paste plus gutta percha.The therapeutic effects were evaluated one year later.Results After a year efficiency rates of experimental and control group were92.39%and82.60%.Success rates were84.78%and70.65%.Difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VITAPEX paste is a bet-ter filling material for infected root canals than other usual pastes.It could be widely used in clinical treatment. ......
