【摘要】 目的 评估乳腺癌根治术后患者生活质量及其影响因素，为提高乳腺癌根治术患者术后的生活质量提供依据。 方法 以生活质量评定问卷(QOL)调查了42例行乳腺癌根治术患者术后的生活质量。 结果 乳腺癌根治术后患者生活质量的主观指标和客观指标呈显著相关，提示在心理功能和社会功能中，主观指标和客观指标差异有显著性;心理功能是影响生活质量的最重要的因素;躯体功能及社会功能之间显著相关。 结论 全面研究乳腺癌根治术后患者生活质量是十分必要的，通过进行有针对性的心理干预，可提高患者的生活质量。
