     【摘要】 目的 寻求具有坚强的生物力学强度、价格低廉、适用于国人下颈椎前路手术的内固定器。 方法 根据国外颈椎带锁钢板(cervical spine locking plate,CSLP)特点,并加以改进设计一种内固定器。用16具新鲜猪颈椎制作颈椎损伤失稳模型并随机分成两组,将所设计内固定器与传统AO“Ⅰ”形钢板进行生物力学实验比较。 结果 所设计内固定器固定组以C 3 ~C 5 节段前屈、后伸、轴向旋转和侧弯方向的平均运动范围(ROM)较“Ⅰ”形钢板固定组分别缩小了48.6%(P<0.01)、48.3%(P<0.05)、46.5%(P<0.01)、52.1%(P<0.01)。 结论 所设计内固定器在提供失稳脊柱即时稳定性方面优越于“Ⅰ”形钢板,为内固定器应用于临床提供科学依据。
