【摘要】 目的探讨喉部微创手术麻醉效果的相关问题，以提高手术成功率和临床疗效。 方法采用喷雾法、滴药法和注射法3种麻醉方法，进行麻醉效果比较。 结果 表面麻醉法一次麻醉手术成功率为58.7%，二次麻醉手术成功率为33.6%，麻醉失败率为7.6%。局部麻醉法一次麻醉手术成功率80.7%，二次麻醉手术成功率19.3%，无麻醉失败病例。 结论 局部麻醉法符合喉部解剖学理论，麻醉效果显著，手术成功率高，临床疗效显著，术后复发率低，适合于门诊手术。
