【摘要】 目的评价健康教育对鼻咽癌患者的临床治疗作用。 方法对496例鼻咽癌患者的完整资料进行统计分析，按住院期和出院后两部分进行分类统计。 结果 住院初期7项内容调查无一项及格，住院后期7项指标全部达标，其中化疗知识和黏膜护理达标指数偏低。出院1个月4项内容调查无一项及格，出院3个月4项指标全部达标。 结论 健康教育已成为鼻咽癌综合治疗的重要组成部分，也是重要治疗手段。能显著提高鼻咽癌患者的生存质量。
