【摘要】 目的 加强麻醉药品的管理，配合临床合理用药。 方法 对我院2003年1月～2004年11月门诊、住院麻醉药处方1957张进行了统计分析。用DDD和DUI为指标分析其使用情况。 结果 我院常用麻醉药品5种，除芬太尼透皮贴(商品名:多瑞吉，Durogesic)外，其余4种DUI<1，符合麻醉药品的用药规定。 结论 调查结果显示，我院门诊、住院药房麻醉药品使用基本合理，但仍存在一些问题，有待完善。
