【摘要】 目的 探讨组织蛋白酶D(cath D)在胆囊癌和肝外胆管癌中的表达及意义。 方法 免疫组化ABC法检测40例胆囊癌和42例肝外胆管癌组织蛋白酶D(cath D)的表达。 结果 组织蛋白酶D(cath D)在胆囊癌的阳性表达率为60%，在肝外胆管癌的阳性表达率为50%。高分化腺癌和淋巴结及远处未转移组的胆囊癌cath D阳性率明显低于低分化腺癌和淋巴结及远处转移组(P<0.05，P<0.05)，生存期≥1年的胆囊癌cath D阳性率明显低于生存期<1年者(P<0.05);高分化腺癌和淋巴结及远处未转移组的肝外胆管癌cath D阳性率明显低于低分化腺癌和淋巴结及远处转移组(P<0.05);生存期≥1年的肝外胆管癌cath D阳性率明显低于生存期<1年者(P<0.05)。 结论 组织蛋白酶D的表达与胆系癌分化程度和预后存在密切关系，可作为反映胆系癌生物学行为和预后的重要标记物。
