【摘要】 目的 总结胸中下段食管癌的外科治疗。 方法 1990～2004年，我院外科手术治疗胸中下段食管癌37例，年龄39～72岁。30例行根治术，5例剖胸探查术，2例姑息性切除术。左进胸33例，三切口4例。 结果 全组无手术死亡。术后胸腔内吻合口漏1例，颈部吻合口漏1例，术后出血1例，心律失常4例。 结论 食管癌治疗以手术为主，常采用左进胸，手术治疗中吻合口重建是关键，高龄不应成为食管癌手术禁忌证。
