【摘要】 目的观察P物质神经阻滞剂CAP治疗变应性鼻炎疗效和安全性。 方法82例变应性鼻炎患者，用CAP液在双侧鼻腔黏膜表面涂布，每天1次，连续30天为一疗程。 结果 82例在治疗后平均记分均有明显降低，统计学分析差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。治疗后显效66例(80.5%)，有效11例(13.4%)，无效5例(6.1%)，总有效率93.9%。无一例出现不良反应。 结论 CAP疗法治疗方便、效果好、无毒副作用，是治疗变应性鼻炎的理想方法。
