【摘要】 目的 探讨机械通气在多发伤中胸外伤伴呼吸功能不全救治的临床经验。 方法 对26例多发伤中严重胸外伤伴呼吸功能不全的患者行机械通气治疗，使用呼吸模式为SIMV和PSV。 结果 机械通气后，pH值、PaO 2 、PaCO 2 明显改善，与通气前相比，差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。25例成功撤机，1例死亡。 结论 机械通气治疗多发伤中胸外伤伴呼吸功能不全效果可靠。但应用有一定的指征，减少并发症如肺部感染、尽早撤机是提高治愈率的关键。
