【摘要】 目的 观察推拿治疗颈椎病血压异常的疗效。 方法 观察推拿治疗颈椎病血压异常120例，对照观察血压正常与伴高血压的颈椎病患者各20例。 结果 推拿后显效58例占48.3%;有效47例占39.2%;无效15例占12.5%;总有效率87.5%。对照观察血压异常与血压正常的颈椎病各20例，推拿后对伴血压异常者差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，对伴血压正常者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 推拿后提示:对伴高血压患者有降压作用，对血压正常者无明显影响。
