【摘要】 目的 分析探讨儿童营养不良患病率分布特点及防治方法。 方法 对湖南省14个地区17600例5岁以下儿童进行中、重度营养不良患病情况调查，对中、重度营养不良病例分布特点、患病率及中重度营养不良相关因素等流行病学资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 中、重度营养不良患病率9.65%，其中中度营养不良患病率8.38%，重度营养不良患病率1.27%，中、重度营养不良患病率以湘西自治州最高，且农村高于城市。 结论 小儿营养不良以农村居多，中度为主。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the distributing characteristics of prevalence rate and prevention method of children malnutrition.Methods The prevalence rate of moderate and severe malnutrition was investigated in17600chil-dren of0-5years old in14areas of Hunan Province.And retrospectively analyzed the related factors of prevalence rate and malnutrition.Results The prevalence rate of moderate and severe malnutrition in children was9.65%.The preva-lence rate of moderate malnutrition was8.38%.The prevalence rate of severe malnutrition was1.27%.The best familiar-ity area of children malnutrition was Xiangxi autonomous prefecture.Furthermore the prevalence rate of children malnutri-tion in countrywas higher than that in city.Conclusion The incidence of children malnutrition is familiar in country ......
