【摘要】 目的 探讨十二指肠球部溃疡患者治疗前后的生活质量。 方法 应用生活质量调查表对十二指肠球部溃疡患者治疗前后的生活质量进行调查。 结果 治疗组生活质量远远高于未服药治疗的新发现的溃疡病患者，未治疗组的生活质量评分低于治疗组，前者在心理状态、社会能力方面都有较多问题。 结论 为消化性溃疡治疗的临床评价提供包涵患者心理、生活及社会活动等各方面指标的方法，对药物的选择、治疗及患者社会心理状态有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate life quality of patients with duodenal ulcer.Methods 250patients with duodenal ulcer were divided into receipting drug treatment as A group and non-drug treatment as B group and were study with McMaster life quality method before and after therapy.Results The scores of life quality in A group were higher when they were cured clinically compared with those in B group with duodenal ulcer prior to drug treatment.There were a few questions in the patients without treatment in emotional and social function.Conclusion Life quali-ty of DU patients can be enhanced significantly by standard clinical therapy.DU treatment are assessed bases on the emotional ......
