【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在上消化道出血病因诊断中的价值。 方法 213例患者进行了彩色多普勒超声检查，根据最终临床诊断分为门脉高压组和非门脉高压组，对门脉高压组病例再进行病因分析。 结果 非门脉高压组97例，门脉高压组116例。其中门脉高压组中85例肝硬化，12例门脉海绵样变性，3例动脉-门静脉瘘，9例Budd-Chiari综合征，5例恶性肿瘤伴门静脉癌栓，2例脾静脉海绵样变性均得到初步正确诊断。 结论 彩色多普勒超声对上消化道出血的病因可做出及时的初步诊断。
