【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿腹部常见肿瘤的CT表现。 方法 回顾性分析16例小儿腹部肿瘤的CT表现。 结果 肾母细胞瘤、畸胎瘤、神经母细胞瘤为小儿腹部常见肿瘤，各肿瘤CT表现既有相似之处又有各自特点。 结论 CT是诊断小儿腹部肿瘤的重要方法。关键词 小儿腹部肿瘤 CT表现 诊断
