【摘要】 目的 探讨超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变性质的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析超声诊断80例胆囊息肉的声像图表现，并与病理结果进行对照。 结果 非肿瘤性息肉大小在5mm以内，常伴有结石。而腺瘤均为单发，底部多见，且息肉大小在7mm以上。 结论 超声诊断胆囊息肉可依据息肉数目、大小等情况，判断其病变性质，指导临床是否手术切除或随访观察。
