【摘要】 目的 了解贵州省惠水县城区老年女性抑郁症发生率及其影响因素。 方法 采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)，社会支持评定量表及自行设计的影响因素调查表对惠水县城区400名60岁以上老年女性进行调查。 结果 378份有效样本老年女性抑郁症发生率为56.8%，少数民族重于汉族。老年女性抑郁症状在年龄、民族、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、社会活动、居住类型、生活费来源、经济收入、医疗费支付方式、健康自评、文化程度、社会活动等差异存在显著性。多元逐步回归分析显示抑郁症受社会支持、健康自评、文化程度、社会活动等综合影响，其中影响最大的是社会支持，其次是健康自评。 结论 抑郁症状是社区老年女性常见的心脏健康问题，受到生理、心理、经济、家庭、社会等诸多因素的综合影响，应加强社区精神卫生服务。
