【摘要】 影响健康的不利因素包括护理观念滞后，护理人员编制不足，护患沟通不良，护理人员自身素质偏低，健康教育形式、方法运用不当等。通过强化角色意识、增强护理人员编制、提高医患沟通技巧、加强护理培养、健全护理教育评价指标、加强管理来消除不利因素，可提高儿童患者健康教育的质量。
