【摘要】 目的 探讨自体外周血干细胞移植治疗严重下肢缺血的临床应用。 方法 重组粒细胞集落刺激因子刺激后，采集(血细胞分离仪3000Plus)外周血单个核细胞，行双下肢腓肠肌内多点注射。 结果 2例接受治疗的患者ABI不同程度的提高，临床症状改善。 结论 自体外周血干细胞移植是治疗严重下肢缺血(无流出道血供做旁路手术)一种可选择的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of self-transplantation of peripheral blood stem cells in the treat-ment of severe ischemia of lower extremity.Methods After administration of G-CSF，peripheral blood mono-nucle-ar cells were isolated by blood cell separator(Blood Cell Separator3000Plus)and multi-pointly injected into the gastrocnemius muscles.Results ABI in2cases were increased.The clinical symptoms were improved or relieved.Conclusion Self-transplantation of peripheral blood stem cells is an alternatives for the treatment of severe ischemia of lower extremity.
