【摘要】 目的 探讨P 53 基因突变与食管癌淋巴结转移的关系。 方法 采用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)结合银染技术，对48例食管癌患者组织中P 53 基因第5～8外显子进行了突变分析。 结果 48例食管癌标本中，P 53 基因第5～8外显子出现突变者21例，其突变率为43.75%。其中23例伴有淋巴结转移的原发癌中14例出现了突变(60.86%)，其与无淋巴结转移组(28.0%，7/25)相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 P 53 基因突变与食管癌的转移可能有密切关系。
