【摘要】 目的 探讨肺炎支原体感染的肺外临床表现。 方法 分析我院从2000年1月～2004年9月收治肺炎支原体肺炎患者210例，其中60例合并肺外表现。 结果 19例(约30%)合并皮肤损害;18例(30%)合并腹痛、呕吐等消化系统损害;15例(25%)合并关节或肌肉酸痛;10例(17%)合并心血管系统损害;3例(5%)出现脑炎或脑膜炎等神经系统损害表现;2例(3%)合并胸腔积液。 结论 肺炎支原体感染可引起包括各种皮疹、多关节炎、消化系统、心血管系统、神经系统、胸膜炎等多系统损害。
