【摘要】 目的 探讨肺结核合并肺癌的治疗方法。 方法 回顾我院1997～2002年48例肺结核合并肺癌患者的临床诊治过程。 结果 全组全肺切除3例，肺叶切除36例，肺楔行切除4例，剖胸探查5例，术后辅以化疗、介入治疗32例。经随访，术后1、3、5年生存率分别为61.2%、19.6%、10.8%。 结论 外科手术治疗是肺结核合并肺癌的主要治疗方法，手术疗效满意。
