【摘要】 目的 探寻一种简单经济而有效的分离布洛芬对映体的方法。 方法 采用在实验室制备的十四-(2，6-二-O-戊基)-β-CD硅胶键合固定相色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm)，直接分离布洛芬对映体。考察不同流动相、pH值等因素对布洛芬对映体分离的影响。 结果 分离布洛芬对映体的最佳HPLC条件为:流动相:乙腈:0.05mmol/L、磷酸二氢钾=50∶50(0∶0)，pH=4.0，流速ml/min，进样体积10μl进样温度25℃。 结论 高效液相色谱手性固定相法分离布洛芬对映体快速、简单、经济、效果好，可为分离、制备单旋体布洛芬提供良好借鉴。
