【摘要】 目的 探讨背阔肌逆行皮瓣修复背骶部大面积皮肤缺损的临床应用。 方法 对4例骨骶部大面积皮肤缺损的患者行背阔肌逆行皮瓣转移修复术，其中3例为褥疮，1例背部巨大脂肪瘤手术切除，皮瓣最大面积约12cm×25cm。 结果 4例全部成活，其中1例边缘发黑，随访6个月～1年，皮瓣质地满意。 结论 背阔肌逆行皮瓣修复背骶部大面积皮肤缺损是可行的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical results of large area skin defects repairing of sacrum by latiss-mus dorsi mucle flaps.Methods 4cases of large area skin defects of sacrum were repaired with lastissimus dorsi muscle flaps.3of the cases were bedsore and the other1was defect made by excision of great lipoma.The biggest muscle flap was12cm×25cm.Results The patients were follwed up for0.5～1year.The appearance and function of recipient sites achieved satisfactory recoverise ......
