【摘要】 目的 观察应用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗股颈骨折的临床疗效。 方法 30例股骨颈骨折患者均采用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗，术中不需吻合血管。 结果 30例患者经1～3年系统X线摄片和功能随访观察，骨折愈合率为90.0%，取骨瓣区不会造成供区外形和功能上的影响。 结论 带旋髂深血管适合作为髂骨瓣的营养血管，由于带血管蒂髂骨血运丰富，抗感染能力强，为股骨头颈部提供了新的血供，有利于股骨头的修复和重建，促进骨折的愈合。
