【摘要】 目的 进一步了解大面积深度烧伤感染临床特点、细菌的变迁，以期为临床防治烧伤感染提供科学依据。 方法 将我院1994～2004年共收治总面积50%以上大面积烧伤350例进行统计分析。 结果 治愈率311例占88.9%，死亡39例占11.1%。其中80%以上大面积烧伤32例，治愈19例占59.4%，死亡13例占40.6%。烧伤感染占死亡原因59.8%。细菌学检查，革兰阴性杆菌占69.2%，其中铜绿假单胞菌占52%，阴沟杆菌占12.7%，肠杆菌占6%。革兰阳性球菌占30.8%，其中金黄色葡萄球菌占76%，白葡萄球菌占5.3%。 结论 重视防治大面积深度早期感染是提高治愈率最重要因素之一。

    【Abstract】 In order to know the clinical feature and bacteriological changes of extensive deep burns further，to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and cure of burns infection，we counted up and analyzed350cases，whose extensive burns were more than50percent area，in our hospital from1994to2004.Among them，311cases were cured，the cure rate is88.9percent，39cases were dead，the death rate is11.1percent，32cases of them are more than80percent area extensive burns.Among them，19cured cases made up59.4percent，13dead cases made up40.6percent.A general infection made up59.4percent of mortal reasons.In bacteriological check up ......
