【摘要】 目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)反复感染的临床治疗效果。 方法 对45例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)反复感染患者的临床特点、处理方法进行临床分析。 结果 在COPD发作103例次的临床治疗中，87例次有效(84.47%)，症状缓解不明显或迁延者16例次(15.53%)，两个率的差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 严格掌握抗生素的应用指征，合理应用抗生素和糖皮质激素治疗并加强营养支持治疗是COPD的反复感染患者治疗的关键。
