【摘要】 主要介绍利用计算机和酶标仪建立鳞状细胞癌肿瘤标志物(SCCA)标准化检测报告系统的方法。它是一种采用RS-232标准接口连接酶标仪与计算机，并能智能化完成数据的传输和处理。通过该标准系统，对检测结果的数据处理正确率达到100%，提高了SCCA标志物检测报告的质量和效率。
