【摘要】 目的 创伤性膈肌裂伤多合并胸腹腔内脏的损伤，或并发膈疝，伤情复杂凶险，总死亡率高达18%～26%，临床报道较少见。为探索创伤性膈肌裂伤的护理方法，总结经验，提高抢救成功率，为临床提供参考依据。 方法 采用回顾性分析研究的方法，提炼出护理要点。 结果 总结出膈肌裂伤患者的病情观察，分析判断护理要点及并发症的预防等，对患者的生命康复有重要价值。本组病例全部配合医生抢救成功，未发生并发症，痊愈出院。 结论 临床护理方法具有可行性和推广性。
