【摘要】 目的 探讨家庭干预对治疗癌症患者抑郁的效果。 方法 应用Zung抑郁状态自评量表和体力状态(ECOG)评分对98例住院患者进行筛选，凡Zung抑郁自评量表为抑郁状态者，再进行Hamilton抑郁量表的检查，选定78例抑郁患者，随机分为试验组39例和对照组39例，对试验组患者家属采取具体的干预措施，3个月后，再进行上述量表评分及生活质量表评分。 结果 试验组心理状态和生活质量有明显改善(P<0.01)，与给予一般护理措施的对照组相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 家庭干预可以明显改善癌症患者的抑郁并提高生活质量，能够有效维持家庭功能。
