摘 要 目的：了解医院内感染患者抗生素使用情况。方法： 对我院1998年内科住院患者院内感染115例发生前后抗生素使用情况进行分析。结果：院内感染前使用抗生素者82例(71.3%)； 院内感染发生后，使用抗生素者111例(96.5%)， 其中抗生素使用不合理的病例占27.8%。结论：抗生素使用不合理主要表现为无应用抗生素指征、给药时间太长和频繁更换抗生素。

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in In-Patients with Hospital Infection inMedical Ward

ABSTRACT In order to getinformation about the status of antibiotics used in patients with hospital infection, theuse of antibiotics before and after infection in 115 patients of ward of internal medicinewho got infection in our hospital in 1998 were investigated. In the 115 patients, beforethey contracted infection in hospital, 96.5% of them received antibiotics to controlinfection. In 27.8% of the patients use of antibiotics was judged to be inappropriate. Theinappropriate use included nonindicated use of antibiotics, over-protracted use andfrequent switch of antibiotics.
