摘 要： 目的 探讨去势大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注后灯盏花的保护作用及其可能机制。方法 采用线栓法制备去势大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。通过腹腔注射灯盏花、观察组织病理学、NO含量、IL-1及TNF活性的变化；免疫组化方法检测雌激素受体(ER)的表达情况。结果 与对照组相比，灯盏花组的脑梗死体积比脑水肿体积、血液中NO含量、IL-1及TNF活性明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 脑缺血后灯盏花具有明确的脑保护作用。其原因可能是通过降低NO、IL-1、TNF起作用。

Protective function of Breviscapini in focal cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury in rats

Abstract: Objective To study the protective functionand its mechanism of breviscapini after cerebral ischemic reperfusion in ovarivctomizedrat. Methods We madethe local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model with thread embolism of right middlecerebral artery (MCA) of young female SD rats which were bilaterally two weeksago,determined the pathological change of brain tissue and the change of NO 、 IL-1 、 TNF after breviscapini intraperitoneal injected.Immunostaining was used to study the expression of Estrogen-receptor(ER). Results The neurological deficitscores,the infarction volume ratio,the edema volume,level of NO,IL-1 and TNF activity inserum of breviscapini group were significantly decreased as compared with control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Breviscapini has significantly cerebral protective effect. The possibleprotective mechanism of breviscapini is by means of inhibiting inflamatory cytokines(IL-1 、 TNF) and NO releasing.
