摘要 目的：探讨血清CA₁₂₅ 测定诊断子宫腺肌病的价值。方法：对经术后病理检查证实的31例子宫腺肌病(腺肌病组)和29例子宫肌瘤(肌瘤组)患者，术前采用免疫放射法测定血清CA₁₂₅ 水平。12例正常妇女作正常对照组。结果：三组CA₁₂₅ 均值(±s)分别为105.71±68.82KU/L、13.14+12.99KU/L、11.83±9.91KU/L，阳性率分别为87.1%、10.3%、8.3%。腺肌病组CA₁₂₅ 均值及阳性率均明显高于其它两组(P <0.01)。腺肌病组血清CA₁₂₅ 水平，与子宫大小呈正相关(R=0.41，P <0.05)，弥漫型的CA₁₂₅ 水平较局限型高(P <0.05)。结论：血清CA₁₂₅ 测定对于子宫腺肌病有明显的辅助诊断价值，有助于与子宫肌瘤鉴别。

Value of serum CA₁₂₅ assays in diagnosis of adenomyosis.
