提 要 本文报告雷公藤多甙(GTW)对大鼠胸腺免疫功能的影响。结果显示,给药后GTW对由ConA诱导的胸腺T细胞的DNA合成能力及IL-2的产生和活性、T细胞对IL-2的反应性等均在12~24h时有显著抑制作用,3天后抑制作用下降,7天后作用基达本消失,认为GTW可以通过改变B/T,TH /TS 的比值达到其免疫调节的作用。
Dynamical Observation of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook on the T cell Immunological Effects in Thymus of Rats

The influence of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook (GTW) on theimmunological function in rat's thymus was studied. The results showed that the syntheticability of DNA in T cell of thymus induced by ConA, the IL-2 production activity and theproliferation response of IL-2 were inhibited markedly in 12 to 24 hours after given ig.The inhibited effect was weaker after 3 days and the effect was restorative after 7 days.It is suggested that the mechamism of immunological regulation effect of the GTW werechange the proportion of B/T and TH /TS relatively.
