【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床特点、治疗方法。方法 对该院1994年至1998年诊断为病毒性心肌炎的75例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 75例全部治愈。结论 确诊需结合临床和辅助检查，治疗应采取综合措施，必要时使用激素、血管活性药物。
Clinical analysis of 75 cases with viral myocarditis (VMC) in children

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics of and therapeutic means for children with VMC. Methods The clinical data of 75 children with VMC during 1994～1998 in the hospital were analysed. Results All of the 75 cases have been cured. Conclusion It is necessary to combine clinical materials and assistant examination to make the diagnosis, and to use combined therapy, including corticosteroid and vasoactive drugs.
