摘要：用大肠杆菌内毒素(ET)静脉注射造成家兔内毒素血症模型，观察调胃承气汤对模型动物的解毒作用。结果表明，灌服该方可抑制模型动物的发热效应，减少血浆ET含量，降低血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)水平，降低血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量，增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性，抑制脑脊液前列腺素E₂ (PGE₂ )、环核苷酸(cAMP)升高效应，减轻脏器组织病理损害，体现了多方面的治疗作用。

Detoxifying Effect of Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction on the Rabbits with Endotoxemia

Abstract :The effect of Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction (TCD) on the rabbits with endotoxemia was observed and the endotoxemia model rabbits were set up by intravenous injection of endotoxin of E. coli. The results showed that TCD could inhibit the feverish reaction, reduce the content of plasma endotoxin, decrease the plasma level of tumor necrosis factor and the content of serum lipid peroxide, and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase.It could also inhibit the increase of prostaglandin E and cyclic adenosine monophosphate, and reduce the pathological damage of organs and tissues. All these indicate that the detoxifying effect of TCD is achieved through multiple ways.
