摘 要： 采用 TLC 法对舒乐宁洗剂中地肤子及蛇床子进行了定性鉴别，薄层扫描法测定苦参碱及盐酸小檗碱含量。苦参碱在 1.0～5.0 μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为 98.52%，RSD 为 0.81%；盐酸小檗碱在 1.1～5.5 μg 范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为 97.63%，RSD 为 1.88%。

Qualitative Indentification by TLC and Content Determination of Shulening Lotion

Abstract： In this study, Fructus Kochiae and Fructus Cnidii in Shulening lotion were identified by thin-layer chromatography, and matrine and berberine by TLC-scanner. A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.0μ g to 5.0μ g of matrine, the average recovery was 98.52% and the RSD was 0.81%. As for berberine, a good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.1μ g to 5.5μ g, the average recovery was 97.63% and the RSD was 1.88%.
