摘要: 为了观察参仙升脉液活血化瘀的药效作用,进行大鼠体外血小板聚集实验。结果显示参仙升脉液能显著抑制ADP诱导血小板聚集作用(P<0.001);小鼠体内激光致栓实验,结果表明参仙升脉液能明显延长小鼠耳静脉激光致栓的初栓及全栓形成时间(P<0.001)。

Abstract: Platelet aggregation test in vitro was carried on in mice to observe bl ood- flow- activating and blood- stasis- removing actions of Shenxian Shengmai Ye (SSY).Results showed that SSY could significantly inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate(P< 0 .001).The in- vivo laser- induced thrombogenesis in mice showed that SSY couldrem arkably prolong the initial and total thrombogenic times in the auricular veins of mice(P< 0.001).
