Abstract: Several kinds of Hematopoietic Growth Factors (HGF) have been widely used in clinical practice or clinical trials. In this review, basic characters about these HGF were briefly introduced, and the benefit for patients who administrates it was evaluated. Indications of using HGF in clinical practice are emphasized. Also some of side effects were mentioned respectively.
