骨髓基质细胞修复关节软骨缺损的实验研究

摘要：目的 研究骨髓基质细胞对关节软骨缺损的修复效果。方法 抽取兔骨髓基质细胞在体外扩增，将其混合于Ⅱ型胶原凝胶内，再植入体内，观察其对兔膝关节软骨缺损的修复效果。结果 软骨缺损由类似于透明软骨的组织修复，3个月后未见软骨退变。结论 骨髓基质细胞对关节软骨具有修复能力，可望成为临床上修复关节软骨的新方法。
